The Role

Dom & Tom is looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Intern to join our growing team. You will be responsible for assisting the marketing team with our internal social media strategy including research, planning, content creation, and execution. You will also be responsible for assisting with analytics for our website, blog, social media channels and internal and external lead generation networks and directories. You will work with the marketing and design teams to create engaging and creative Ads for Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

You will also be responsible for assisting the sales team with lead generation efforts including prospect lists, cold-outreach emails, tracking and reporting. You will assist with new business proposals, RFP development including research, proofing, presentation and project management.

The ideal candidate can work in a fast-paced agency environment with the ability to multitask on a variety of projects. Responsibilities

  • Content creation for social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and other external channels).
  • Website, social & lead analytics.
  • Content creation and execution of Ads for Google, Facebook & LinkedIn.
  • Research and analysis of marketing projects.
  • Assist with inbound and outbound leads efforts.
  • Proposal & RFP development.
  • Administrative duties: scheduling meetings and events, maintaining files, taking notes.
  • Research industry-specific sites (blogs, forums, etc.) for product reviews, customer comments, and other relevant marketing information.
  • Provide support developing collateral and deliverables around marketing strategies including documentation such as blogs, content assets, directory listings, etc.
  • Engage with marketing team on a regular basis to brainstorm ideas for new and innovative marketing and social media campaigns.
