Dom & Tom is looking for an Account Strategist. Are you a self-starter and used to working in fast paced, exciting work environments? In this role, you will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
Dom & Tom has built amazing relationship with companies like Tyson, Hearst Magazines, Fitch Ratings, Bloomberg and dozens of other large brands, as well as startups with innovative new businesses. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with some key decision-makers in multiple industry verticals. Integrity, ingenuity, and ideas are essential to this role.
The D&T Account Executive Team serves three roles:
1. New Business: Garnering opportunities with existing clients and inbound leads
2. Client Service: Ensuring our clients get the best experience possible, from the warm welcome to the follow ups to the quick responses and thoughtful interactions. We’re always pleasant and open minded, forming strong bonds, and friendly relationships. Favors are second nature to us, as is top notch hospitality.
3. Account Management: You will be responsible for sales within accounts as well as organizing and leading internal project teams. You become trusted advisors and deepen relationships through high level strategy discussions, creating a more proactive approach to opening new opportunities for D&T within your accounts.
